Just a day after Biden announced he had cancer, the White House announced that the president tested positive for the coronavirus.
In all seriousness, before we go any farther, we hope the president recovers because we’ve all seen his health deteriorate since he’s taken office.
Shortly after the news broke about Biden’s condition, the White House announced that they would ensure they will be transparent.
“Out of an abundance of transparency, the White House will provide a daily update on the President’s status as he continues to carry out the full duties of the office while in isolation,” the press release said.
“Abundance of transparency?” That’s a red flag if I’ve ever heard one.
This administration has been anything but transparent.
According to the White House, President Biden and Jill will isolate. Reports claim the First Lady will head to Wilmington, Delaware, and the President will remain in the White House. President Biden has received four mRNA shots and has begun to take the Pfizer antiviral to fight the infection.
The White House on @JoeBiden‘s COVID diagnosis: “He is fully vaccinated & twice boosted & experiencing very mild symptoms. He has begun taking Paxlovid. Consistent w/ CDC guidelines, he will isolate at the WH & will continue to carry out all of his duties fully during that time.”

Well, this didn’t age well.
“This continues to be a pandemic of the unvaccinated.”

BIDEN HAS COVID.
Vaccinated, boosted, infected.
He’ll probably be fine, though as a frail 79-year-old with mild (?) cognitive impairment, he’s at real risk.https://t.co/G0JEj6OP5U
