Most people were watching President Trump’s speech to the nation, which interrupted regular program stations and others were on stand-by and broadcasted it.
It was more difficult to watch it on the alphabet stations (NBC etc.) because of the commentary. None the less, people were watching programs and the President’s speech did interrupt their programs.
That means everyone had it on their TV screen. Some may have walked away but others were glued to the screen.
I have provided a video of the entire speech from last night. President Trump talks about Afghanistan after honoring our veterans who are in Arlington Cemetery and those who are alive.
We are given a brief idea of what is to come. Trump mentions not wanting another Iraq, taken over by ISIS, by leaving Afghanistan too soon. The winning back of Iraq from the terrorist group ISIS is talked about. Fighting and killing terrorists is what I am left with. For all of you who missed the speech, here it is:
