U.S. District Judge Ann Donnelly who supposedly ‘temporarily halted’ the Trump immigration ban, only said that anyone landing with a VALID VISA can’t be sent back from where they came.

The judge’s order does not stop President Trump’s temporary immigration ban from seven terror hotbed countries.

The judge’s order barred U.S. border agents from removing anyone who arrived in the U.S. with a valid visa from Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia and Yemen.

It also covered anyone with an approved refugee application.

U.S. Immigration will still not board anyone from Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia and Yemen.

The United States has the right to control who enters this country under the law. Trump’s new order is now the law. Entering the U.S. is not an absolute right of foreigners and that is why we have immigration officers at all border points.

Trump told reporters in the Oval Office, “It’s not a Muslim ban, but we were totally prepared. You see it at the airports, you see it all over. It’s working out very nicely, and we’re going to have a very, very strict ban, and we’re going to have extreme vetting, which we should have had in this country for many years.”

Think about this for a minute. Have any of you ever entered a foreign country? Don’t you need a passport and have to pass immigration officers? The same goes when you re-enter the U.S.; you must show your passport and pass immigration officers.

The new order may cause some chaos at first but it will work its way out. People coming into the United States will have to get used to obeying her laws.
