by Kathy Crest:
It happened on a hot summer night in 2016. An ambush took the lives of 5 Dallas police officers, and injured nine others. A sniper would be blamed, and later killed by police, but were we told the truth about the attack?
For days prior to the attack, the media was focused on one thing, the Hillary Clinton email scandal. The former secretary of state had been accused of using a private email server, then destroying thousands of emails which had been subpoenaed of her. She and her staff got together and with hammers in hand, destroyed Blackberry after Blackberry, laptop after laptop, and any other evidence they thought might contain damaging evidence. Any of the emails that would ensure a one way trip to prison, would be destroyed through an expensive process and program called “Bleach Bit”.
Hillary had lied under oath, claiming she had handed over all the emails pertaining to her time as secretary of state. She claimed she had never sent any classified information from that server, and said it was the only one she had used. She also claimed to have only used one Blackberry. All lies. She also lied when she claimed her attorneys had read through all her emails before deleting them. They testified how they had only read the headings or first line or two. What were her attorneys doing reading her emails anyway? They didn’t have the security clearance to read classified information. She lied when she said she had paid visit to all the victims of the Benghazi attack while they were in the hospital. Many of them would testify how they were forced to have their names changed in the hospital so the press couldn’t interview them. She lied when she said she never knew our ambassador was in harms way in Benghazi, when the truth was, he had sent over 600 emails to her office asking, even pleading, for more security. And the big lie came when she said our four brave men in Benghazi died because of a YouTube Video.
Although there was in fact a YouTube video, and it had in fact caused an “attack”, it didn’t occur in Benghazi. The video was created by an American and it basically poked fun at Islam and attempted to shed light on the beliefs. A few locals in Cairo found it offensive, and they showed their concern by scaling the fence around our embassy there, and tearing down our American flag. No one was hurt or injured in that “attack”.
But that video had nothing to do with Benghazi, and Hillary’s own emails would come back to haunt her, the ones she “thought” she had deleted. During a congressional hearing, she sat before a panel, smug and confident, until those emails were read in front of her. Her facial expression turned from a smirk to one of horror, as the first one was read out loud. It was written just an hour into the attack, to her own daughter, Chelsea Clinton, and stated that an attack had taken place in Benghazi, that it was NOT caused by the YouTube video, and she called it an “al Qaeda” style attack. The next two emails would be even more damning, as they were written to Egyptian leaders. In both cases, she basically said the same thing as she had told her daughter, adding the name of the terrorist organization’s leader responsible for the attack. These emails proved without a shadow of a doubt, that our state department, as well as our president, knew within minutes of the attack who was responsible, but they would lie to Americans, and more importantly, to the family members of the four men who died.
For two weeks Obama and Hillary continued their ruse. They had sent Susan Rice, the head of our national security, out on five Sunday talk shows to convince anyone who listened that the Benghazi attack was the result of a video. The media pushed the story day in and day out. I remember President Obama when he spoke at a U.N. meeting two weeks later, damning the YouTube video that had been responsible for the loss of lives. But the truth was coming out, and soon the world would know it was all one big lie.
I found it interesting that the media, other than Fox News, never spoke negatively about the fabricated story. They just ignored it, like they are so good at doing. A congressional investigation would be initiated to look into the claims that Hillary had lied about her emails, and after all the evidence was in, James Comey, Obama’s FBI director, would be sent out on national television to give his final account. Americans would finally learn the fate of one Hillary Rodham Clinton.
For 14 minutes, we would hear of all the laws broken by Hillary, and all the lies she had told. Anyone listening thought, “Oh my God, he is actually going to do it! He is going to recommend prosecution! Finally, we are going to see Hillary Clinton held responsible for her crimes.” But with one word, “however”, Comey’s tone changed, and he would come up with the most ridiculous excuse ever heard. He claimed that no prosecutor would ever take the case, and therefore he would not recommend prosecution. Our hearts fell into our stomachs, and then the rage set in.
But that rage would soon turn into heartbreak as we would learn 5 of our police officers had died from a senseless ambush attack in Dallas Texas. The media would switch their focus from the email scandal and never return. The accounts of the attack, much like those of the Las Vegas attack, were vague, and surrounded by controversy. And when the heat got too much for the media to handle, they stopped the reporting almost instantaneously, just like they have done with the Vegas shooting.
Early reports claimed two snipers from different locations were responsible for the massacre. But just like Vegas, those reports would be changed to just a lone gunman. It occurred at a peaceful protest taking place over recent police shootings in Minnesota and Louisiana, and a former army reserve Afghan war veteran, with no prior history of violence, would be named the assailant.
At a midnight police news conference, reports would claim one suspect had been taken into custody, and that the second shooter was holed up in a building and in negotiations with police. According to another report, Dallas police claim the situation began when a Dallas police officer saw an individual carrying a camouflage bag walking quickly down Lamar Street. The individual threw the bag into black Mercedes, then sped off at a high rate of speed. Officers followed the vehicle southbound on I-35 and stopped it on I-35 at Kiest. Police questioned both occupants of the vehicle. None of the suspects or persons of interest were ever identified.
Dallas police had even circulated a photo of a person of interest in the crime, then said that man turned himself in. No other information was ever given about this suspect. There were many oddities to this shooting that would never be clarified, just like the Las Vegas shooting. The reporting of the Dallas incident came to a screeching halt, and I remember thinking how strange that was at the time. I have written about the Las Vegas shooting and how it, too, has gone from being front page news, to a thing of the past. This occurred the minute a video came to light, showing bodies covered up with sheets in the Hooter’s Casino And Hotel, and 16 ambulances coming and going from it. The noteworthy part of this video is that it shows this chaos occuring minutes BEFORE any police activity can even be recognized at the Mandalay Bay. All reports from the now famous sheriff officer have ceased. Another video that surfaced, of a reporter who visited the coronor’s office in Las Vegas, and found it to be on lock down, did not help the FBI’s accounts of the shooting.
Now we learn that James Comey had already made up his mind long before he presented his formal statement about recommending prosecution of Hillary Clinton. A letter he wrote 2 months prior would prove he never had any intention of letting her go before a court of law. He was obviously paid off by the Clintons and other Democrats, and he needs to be investigated. He was also involved in the Uranium One deal, just as his former boss, Robert Mueller was, and now Mueller is in charge of investigating our president for a fabricated Russian collusion conspiracy. The writing is on the wall. The proof is all there. Now we need a change in attorney generals, one who is willing to go after these corrupt criminals. Jeff Sessions is obviously part of the deep state, or he is being threatened, possibly both, and we need someone like Trey Gowdy to get the job done. Enough is enough. Americans have been slapped in the face and fed enough lies to last a lifetime. If our president cannot accomplish the task, because the swamp is too just too full, then it is time for the people to come to his aid.
