For over the past dozens of decades, California has been hostage to the globalists and elites. The fact that the majority of true Californians who are are pro-America and love this country has been overshadowed by the globalist and elites in Hollywood as well as our so-called globalist and elitist ‘leaders’ in Sacramento.

Here in California the so-called politicians and judges don’t think of what’s good for the state and their constituents they only think of what’s good for their benefit and pocketbook, just like hostage takers, they are holding the state of California as ransom and the rest of the country has to keep bailing us out as the state has a massive debt.

Here’s an example of the globalist elitism mentality that is prominent with our so-called leaders and judges. Back in 2008, the majority of California voted to pass Prop 8 which was an amendment to the California state constitution that would have defined marriage in California as between a man and a woman. Prop 8 passed by 52.24% with 7,0001,0884 yes votes.

Places in green voted Yes on Prop 8, while places in red voted No

Results of Prop 8 ballot initiative.

However, as you can imagine the LGBT activist weren’t that happy and so they filed a lawsuit against the state of California to repeal the new law that was passed by the majority of California in 2008 election.

Fox News reported back in 2010 a federal judge on Wednesday overturned a ban on same-sex marriage, ruling that the Proposition 8 ballot initiative was unconstitutional, but a pending appeal of the landmark, the ruling could prevent gay weddings from resuming in the state anytime soon.

The ruling by U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker, one of three openly gay federal judges in the country, gave opponents of the controversial Proposition 8 ballot a major Victory.

Our courts are supposed to protect our Constitutional rights,” lead plaintiff Kris Perry said as Sandy Stier, her partner of 10 years, stood at her side. “Today they did”.

Despite the favorable ruling for same-sex couples, gay marriage will not be allowed to resume. That’s because the judge said he wants to decide whether his order should be suspended while the proponents pursue their appeal in the 9th Circuit of Appeals. The judge ordered both sides to submit written arguments. By August on the issue.

Supporters argued the ban was necessary to safeguard the traditional understanding of marriage and to encourage responsible childbearing.

California voters passed the ban as Proposition 8 in November 2008, five months after the state Supreme Court legalized gay marriage.

Proposition 8 fails to advocate any rational basis in singling out gay men and lesbians for denial of a marriage license. Indeed, the evidence shows Proposition 8 does nothing more than enshrine in the California Constitution the notion that opposite-sex couples are superior to same same-sex couples,” the judge wrote in the 136-page ruling that laid out in precise detail why the ban does not pass constitutional muster.

The judge found that the gay marriage ban violates the Constitution’s due process and equal protection clauses.

Because Proposition 8 disadvantages gays and lesbians without any rational justification, Proposition 8 violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment” the judge ruled.”

At the time Jerry Brown was the Attorney General and Arnold Schwarzenegger was governor, however even though it was their responsibility to defend the new law approved by the voters they declined to defend the law, leaving it up to the Prop 8 sponsors to defend the law, which the court ultimately ruled the defendants had ‘no standing’ to defend the law.

Back in 2010, I wrote the following on Facebook

This one of many cases where the so-called ‘leaders’ and activist judges here in California only think of what’s good for their self-interest and pocketbooks and not what’s good for the state. None of these ‘leaders’ or judges ever brought up that there might be a conflict of interest with having an openly gay judge hear this case on Prop 8. But the proponents of the Prop 8  kept pointing that out the judge had a conflict of interest. There were many articles  written about the conflict of interest on that case from the Star Tribune to the National Catholic Register, as this was not just an issue to California it was made into a national issue.

So as you see our so-called leaders and activist judges do not actually represent the citizens of California, they are only in office to benefit and enrich themselves, they don’t think of what’s good for the state, they only think of what’s what’s good for them.

Some of you may remember my previous article about how California is not really a ‘liberal state’, even though that statement goes against the popular conception that California is a ‘liberal state’.

However, in the article I point out how Reagan beat the incumbent democratic Democratic Governor Pat Brown in the 1966 gubernatorial race, Pat Brown is the father of the current California Governor Jerry Brown.

I also wrote an article on my own blog called The Ronald Reagan Of The 21st Century entitled California Comeback In 2018, and as the title suggest I predict a comeback is going to happen in California in 2018.

So as you can see California is not actually a liberal state at all, in fact, we are being ‘held hostages’ by the globalists which include, liberals, progressives, socialists, and communists.

Ever since Reagan left office in 1975 we’ve been fighting to take back our state from our so-called leaders who I have been calling dictators now.

You’ll see we are going to take our state back from these globalists who have taken our state hostage, there are a lot of good decent and true Californians running for office in the 2018 midterms, like Laura Smith who is running for Governor, Don Adams who is running for Senate, David Hernandez who is running for Lieutenant Governor, and Omar Navarro is running against Maxine Waters for the 26th District seat.

Many Californians have now awakened to the reality of what’s going on here in California, and despite Hillary Clinton ‘winning’ the state of California in last year’s election. There are still questions about whether her ‘win’ was legit due to accusations of voter fraud in several California counties.
